Looking after our mental health has always been important, but even more so now. Especially for those who are working continuously to provide care and support for others.
We recently held a couple of online events for our staff and clients and were delighted to have Dr Tina Rae join us. She spoke about the impact that the current pandemic has had on mental health and shared her top strategies for managing this.
