Course overview
This practical ADHD course explores how differences in attention regulation, working memory, executive functioning and emotional regulation can affect everyday life and learning. Participants develop a deeper understanding of why ADHD may look different from one person to another and why behaviours can sometimes be signs of an underlying barrier.Â
The course encourages participants to look beyond what they see on the surface and consider how to support individuals with ADHD.Â
How does it work?
The course is built around a simple PAUSE approach: Pause, Ask, Understand, Support and Evaluate. Participants explore realistic scenarios to identify potential barriers and think about practical approaches that can make everyday demands more achievable.
