Alternative Education Solutions for Young People

At Fresh Start in Education, we offer bespoke interim, engagement, and education packages tailored to meet the needs of young people facing challenges in education or those who have been out of school for any reason. As an Alternative Provider, we specialise in delivering personalised support to help students re-engage with learning and rebuild their confidence.

 Our one-to-one sessions are led by experienced Education Specialists, ensuring each young person receives individualised attention and the right support to succeed. Sessions can take place in person or via our secure online platform, offering flexibility to suit each student’s needs and preferences.

 Our primary goal is to support young people in their journey back into mainstream education or another permanent educational setting. We focus on equipping students with the skills, resilience, and confidence they need to thrive and continue progressing in their education.

Who we support

We work with a diverse range of students, including those who are disengaged from education, school refusers, and young people with complex special educational needs. We are experienced in supporting students with or without an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP), and referrals can be made regardless of whether an EHCP is in place.

Expertise in EHCPs & Complex Needs

Our team of highly skilled staff has extensive experience working with young people with EHCPs and complex needs. We understand the unique challenges these students face and provide personalised education packages to meet their specific requirements.

For students with more complex needs or high-risk behaviours, we offer sessions with a higher staff-to-student ratio. Our trained specialists ensure that these students receive the right level of support in a safe, nurturing environment designed to help them re-engage with education and reach their full potential.
